My DeviantART Story

 Happy birthday DeviantART!! 

As everyone does, I think it's time that I tell you all my DeviantART story.

I forgot what year I actually visited DeviantART before I even had an account. One of the Deviants I used to check out a lot was my friend .

July 6, 2006; I finally convinced myself, and with the help of my mom, I made my DeviantART account that you all know and love. My username was originally called 'Camby1', today I didn't think it was the most creative username
I eventually posted my very first picture, 

As you can tell I had a big problem with necks back then XD
My handdrawn art started to progress as I grew,

I soon entered high school and realized that DeviantART became a VERY big part of my life, as I had more friends on here then I did in real life.

During this year I tried to shade in my art, sometimes it worked sometimes it didn't.

In 2013 I made the biggest change in my artwork, going from Traditionally hand drawn to digital! However my first 'digital' art was Sonic Recolors and due to the possibility of being in trouble I can't let you see them. But I still thank the recolors for helping me take a big step in art style. First started my Art by using MS paint.



My older laptop got a virus and I was afraid that I would never fulfill this style until I talked to a worker from the Apple Store who recommended me to my current program, Pixelmator. The first few pictures I did with Pixelmator looked sloppy because I was still new at it, 

But I finally learn how to handle Pixelmator to make the art that you all love today.
